Onboarding - Welcome aboard

Here’s a snapshot of what your onboarding journey at ADMIRAL Technologies will look like:

ADMIRAL Technologies Welcome Day

During your first weeks, you will be invited to the ADMIRAL Technologies Welcome Day with in-shop training to gain a comprehensive understanding of our products.
The training department will also support you with a Sports & Portal Product Manager training to show you what goes on behind the scenes.

The Buddy Program

From day one, you’ll have the support of one of your colleagues – your buddy – to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and help you get acquainted with your responsibilities. Your buddy will be your go-to person for any questions or assistance you may need. During your onboarding journey, including Agile Fundamentals training, you’ll gain insights into our work methodologies and learn how to apply them effectively.
